Schafberg

View from the Schafberg mountain in Austria. You get up here on an original steam driven cog railway which is a fantastic experience. The Schafberg is a tall pinnacle of rock, which gives amazing views all around - this ridge in front of you is probably 4 feet across at the top, and there were people walking all the way out to the end… not me.

This is on my screensaver at work - you were such a spoilsport not letting me walk out on that rock - mind you it would have been interesting seeing as the boys were only 2 at the time…….

Breathtaking - very similar to the Rocky mountains in our area.

It’s a real ‘top of the world’ feeling on this mountain
